Thomas Hollands holds a Masters in Diplomacy & Global Governance from the Brussels School of Governance, where his thesis examined Singapore's Digital Hub Strategy as a model for geopolitical hedging and strategic autonomy. Currently working as an EU Public Affairs Trainee at Stenström Consulting, he monitors key EU legislative files and advises multinational clients across the technology, semiconductor, and healthcare sectors. His published work covers European tech sovereignty and subsea cable security, and he is currently curating an Arctic Policy Compilation for 2026. He is proficient in German (C1) and conversational in French (B1).
