Julian Jacobsen is a Norwegian MA student studying Global Security and Strategy in Brussels. He is passionate about Nordic and Arctic security affairs. With hands on experience from the Norwegian military, The Royal Military Academy and the Energy industry, Julian has broad competency in both traditional and hybrid security dynamics within the broader fields of National Security and International Relations.
